Clip Flow Bridge Privacy Notice

Information processed

All user data collection, use, and sharing follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the extension's disclosed image-to-video workflow, sign-in, quota, and support functions. It is not sold or used for personalized advertising. Access by service providers is limited to what is needed to operate those functions. Publisher personnel access user data only with your consent for support, when needed to investigate security or abuse, or when required by law.

• **Google sign-in and account:** Google account identifier, email address, sign-in dates, account status, and session data are processed to authenticate you and keep your account signed in. Session tokens are stored as hashes on the hosted service and expire after 30 days or when you sign out.
• **Plan and usage:** Starter allowance, subscription status, billing-period dates, used and reserved request counts, and the identifiers needed to associate your account and paired extension are processed to enforce account access and quotas.
• **Generation workflow:** The hosted service may process job identifiers, prompt and storyboard metadata, request fingerprints, approval state, Google Flow workflow identifiers, completion state, and timestamps to operate and recover a generation. The service is designed not to store your source image, Google cookies, XSRF values, reCAPTCHA tokens, or final video by default. The extension uses the image you select to prepare the job and sends it to Google Flow only after you approve the generation.
• **Payments:** Stripe processes checkout, subscription payments, receipts, and customer-portal actions. Clip Flow Bridge receives and stores the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and billing-period status needed to grant or remove plan access. Clip Flow Bridge does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
• **Service security:** The hosted service may process IP address, request time, client type, rate-limit counters, and redacted error details for authentication, reliability, and abuse prevention.
• **Diagnostics:** Diagnostic exports are created locally and are designed to exclude passwords, cookies, XSRF values, reCAPTCHA values, and authorization tokens. They are sent to Publisher only if you choose to share them.

Storage

Account, subscription, quota, and workflow metadata are stored in Cloudflare D1 for service delivery and account recovery. Stripe stores payment details under its own privacy and retention practices. The Chrome extension keeps the selected source image in browser memory for the active workflow and stores resumable job metadata in extension storage. Generated videos are handled through your Google Flow session and your browser; the hosted account service does not store the final MP4 by default.

Third-party services

Google provides sign-in and Google Flow. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. Cloudflare provides hosting and database services. This Chrome extension does not itself provide an MCP server or send user data to OpenAI or Anthropic. Each provider's own privacy terms apply to its service.

Retention and deletion

Session hashes expire after 30 days or sign-out. Other account, usage, workflow, and billing metadata is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain quota and billing records, resolve support matters, and prevent abuse. You may request account-data deletion by emailing Publisher; records that must be retained for billing, security, or legal obligations may be kept as required.

Telemetry and choices

The Chrome beta does not send Publisher-operated analytics or crash telemetry by default. Connect necessarily sends account, command, and job-status traffic to the hosted service. You control the source media and prompts you choose to send to Google Flow, and may decline to share diagnostics.

Security

Clip Flow Bridge uses browser-based sign-in, hashed hosted sessions, quota controls, and redacted diagnostic output. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
