Owner-approved — 25 September 2026. This agreement reflects the seller details and product terms approved for Clip Flow Bridge.
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between the person or organization that uses Clip Flow Bridge (“you”) and Sallee AI, doing business as Clip Flow Bridge, 5332 Russell Avenue, Suite 410, Los Angeles, CA 90027, United States (“Publisher”). By installing or using Clip Flow Bridge, you agree to this Agreement.
While your applicable entitlement is active, Publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Clip Flow Bridge Chrome extension for your personal use or internal business use. The extension works with your own Google Chrome browser and Google Flow account. No Google Flow subscription, generation credits, or third-party account is included.
Clip Flow Bridge Starter provides 5 accepted Flow generation requests for the lifetime of one verified account. The allowance does not renew or reset. Connect Pro is a recurring monthly subscription currently offered at $5 USD per month for 30 accepted requests per paid billing period. Unused monthly requests do not roll over. The checkout page controls the price and renewal terms shown when you subscribe.
A request is consumed when Google Flow accepts a new generation and Clip Flow Bridge records its workflow ID. Previewing, cancelling before approval, a failure before a workflow ID, and resuming the same request do not consume another request. An ambiguous submission may remain reserved for review. Cancelling Pro stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. Payment processing and subscription management are provided by Stripe.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, share account credentials, bypass access or usage limits, or use Clip Flow Bridge to provide a competing integration product. You may not reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You supply and control your Google account, Google Flow access, browser session, source media, prompts, and Google generation credits. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or generate and for following the rules of each third-party service you use.
Clip Flow Bridge interoperates with Google Flow and MCP clients but is independent software. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, or Stripe. Third-party services can change, suspend access, or charge separate fees. Google Flow credits and subscriptions are not included in the Clip Flow Bridge price.
Publisher may release adapter updates when third-party interfaces change. Continued compatibility with undocumented or changed third-party interfaces is not guaranteed. Install updates from the official Clip Flow Bridge distribution channel.
Use of the software is subject to the Clip Flow Bridge Privacy Notice. You choose whether to send a diagnostic file to Publisher. Do not include passwords, cookies, browser tokens, or payment-card details in a support request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available.” Publisher disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow all warranty exclusions, so these exclusions may not fully apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, loss of content, third-party service charges, or unavailable third-party services. Publisher’s aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for Clip Flow Bridge during the twelve months before the claim. Local law may provide rights that cannot be limited.
This Agreement ends if you materially breach it. When it ends, you must stop using and uninstall the software. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
Refund requests are handled under the Clip Flow Bridge Refund Policy. Nothing in this Agreement reduces mandatory consumer rights.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-law rights in your place of residence continue to apply.
